Employment Support Networking Event

An exciting first for The Community Lab Initiative CIC!

We were proud to host our first Lincolnshire Ukrainian Hubs & Employment Support Networking Event last night - bringing together a fantastic group of local and national organisations all working towards a common goal: supporting refugees into employment, training, and community integration.

The evening featured insights from partners working across ESOL, digital inclusion, healthcare re-entry, and inclusive recruitment. It was an inspiring reminder of what’s possible when knowledge, commitment, and collaboration come together.

This was also a first for our team - our first time organising and chairing a professional online event! We learned a lot and are grateful for the engagement, encouragement, and momentum this event created.
